Description
- Candidates should have marketing experience (product life cycle, product development, customer experience etc.) that have done process excellence or process improvement work - either have led or participated in such initiatives currently or previously.
- Oversee the overall Business Framework Processes covering infrastructure and architecture design to map Business Functional and Requirement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and new projects from NPS Outer Loop Cycle focusing on customer complaints analysis.
- Candidates with working experience in Malaysia are highly preferred
