  • 1st level hardware/software troubleshooting including desktop/laptop and printers
  • PC building and deployment
  • Good communication skills

  • 2nd level hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Xenapp
  • Incident Management software
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors
