*Business Change Analyst, ACA, Investment Banking,Change Management - Canary Wharf-6 months*
A tier 1 investment bank based in Canary Wharf require a Business Change Analyst who is ACA qualified and has previously worked within investment banking. The suitable candidate will have previous product control experience and must have investment banking experience.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
- Delivery of business process change on a high profile, multi-year strategic front to back change program (the Strategic Risk Program).
- Business analysis, working with key stakeholders across the teams globally to analyse and document target business processes.
- Documentation of business requirements that meet stakeholder needs and are aligned to strategic thinking. Review of functional specifications and traceability back to business requirements.
- Leveraging strategic programs and thinking to determine optimal data sourcing solutions across the departments.
- Management of road-map and plan, and co-ordination with primary stakeholders.
- Exceptional opportunities to network across different functions within the investment bank.
Training/experience
1. Qualified ACA or equivalent.
2. Experience working in an Investment Bank, preferably with Product Control experience.
3. Experience in a change role is preferred.
4. Proven ability to document detailed business requirements, and to act as a conduit between CFO and IT.
5. Ability to work under pressure, and to manage multiple projects concurrently.
6. Experience across project life cycles.
7. Ability to deal appropriately with all levels in the organisation
