My client, a reputable brand, is looking for an interim HR Shared Service Manager to support a newly established function (they went live in 2013) and HRSS team.

There are currently 4 people within the HR team who support around 4,000 employees including temporary workers.

The business went through a big change last year as they insourced their HR function, changed payroll provider and implemented a new HRIS. The team are now settled and the HR Admin Centre is proving successful.

Although the team and processes for HR Admin are up and running with no serious issues or teething problems, they are keen to review them and understand what's working/what isn't and if they can be improved or need to be changed. This person will be expected to lend their knowledge and experience around best in class HR Admin processes to support this

It is essential you have previous management experience within a HR Administration function and ideally a HR Shared Service. This is an interim role until they recruit a permanent replacement
