* 10+ years professional programming experience
* 7+ years professional Java experience (Server Side)
* Extreme good understanding of the core aspects of the Java platform, such as Multithreading programming and performance
* 7+ years JAVA EE/Spring Framework/Hibernate experience
* 5+ years development experience with relational databases
* Fluent in English
