Spring Technology are looking for a Research, Report & Organisational Review Project Manager for our public sector client. The role is for 6 months and can be based in London or Manchester.

Assignment:
Reporting to the Director of Research and Intelligence, the post holder is responsible for the planning, management and delivery of the Review. Duties include the procurement of products and services, quality assurance of final outputs, organisation of stakeholder engagement, internal reporting on delivery to the senior leadership team, and timely delivery of the final report within budget and to high quality standards.
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Research and the Research Team to assess and strengthen the evidence base, and also the Commissions' Communication Team to ensure effective engagement and dissemination.

Key Tasks:
* Lead and manage the Review GB-wide delivery team, providing research and analysis expertise as required, to ensure that they are able to deliver high quality outputs within challenging timescales. Procuring appropriate research services and related products as necessary. (50%)
* Provide expert project management and quality assurance on all aspects of the production of and dissemination of the QR to ensure a fit for purpose report to Parliament (20%)
* Engage with stakeholders in the research community, decision makers and people with protected characteristics on the evidence base and conclusions from the Review and develop further analysis or projects where appropriate; (20%)
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Director of Research and Intelligence and the Review Project Board on all aspects of delivery (10%)
* Adopt and promote a flexible approach to work undertaking other areas of responsibility as required ensuring the overall business priorities of the Commission are delivered.

Experience:
1. Professional level skills in research and analysis desirably related to the equality, human rights and/or good relations agendas; or equivalent experience gained in the workplace;
2. Experience of successfully applying knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analysis in the workplace;
3. Experience of effectively leading and managing the work of multi-disciplinary teams and procuring and managing research services
4. Proven ability to write and report succinctly and in an clear and accessible style
