With more than 300 employee's worldwide, my client are one of the leading Microsoft Gold Partners who focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM and SharePoint solutions.My client are now looking for a hungry & driven hands on sales director who has a fantastic proven track record in ERP sales. You will play a key role in the growth of the company through implementing strategy and driving performance. You must have experience in overachieving against target as well as managing a team.
Responsibilities:-
- Building up a UK-based Sales team. Manage around 10+ staff with a view to grow
- Hands-on approach to your leadership.
- Definition and implemention of a sales strategy across the UK within the ERP market.
- Reporting directly to the MD
Experience needed:-
- 6+ years selling ERP
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics AX/NAV solutions.
- A proven track record demonstrating a real contribution and achievement.
- Ability to work through and close off complex sales cycles.
- Be willing to travel
