Main responsibilities:
* assisting the communications lead;
* Writing regular articles / stories for the different internal communication channels (intranet, newsletter, blog);
* Supporting the development of our monthly newsletter (content and design development);
* Designing posters and other visual material for events and ongoing activities;
* Supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of face-to-face events for employees;
* Contributing to the development and implementation of new communications approaches (i.e. podcasts, videos,…);
* Assisting with the measurement and evaluation of communication activities vs objectives and strategy.
Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively use current and emerging communications technologies, including SharePoint, newsletter design software (Photoshop)
- Ability to work and coordinate with 3rd parties such as external agencies
- Excellent business communication skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively with all project levels
- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality
Knowledge:
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balance multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines;
- Versatile, creative and able to work individually and as part of a team to create high-quality work.
