Description
- Minimum 10 years working experience in IT/Telecoms field (ICT service marketing/service sales/service business plan), with similar successful case experience as a priority;
- Good customer requirement understanding, strong analysis capability and customer communication and presentation skills.
- Develop marketing plan and go-to-market plan for service solution, manage and drive execution of marketing plan in globally, manage service solution/product successful go-to-market activities.
- Provide service development support for key projects globally (strategy-level project or first project of new solution), such as customer Summit, strategic buy-in, high-level presentation, project bidding, etc.
- Lead service development trends, and find problems to improve based on service solution business traits, customer requirements, and industrial and technical trends.
- Develop service solution go-to-market materials, and make sure material good quality, to show professional capabilities.
- Make service branding strategy/plan/budget and key message for the service field, plan and manage key marketing events accordingly.
- Be familiar with competition status and competitors, and make competition analysis for this service product/solution.
- Be responsible for innovation and execution of service business model, like deal model, P/L model, to support service profitable increase continuously.
- Be responsible for knowledge transfer and capability improvement to both headquarters and regional team.
