My client, a large public sector organisation, is currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will be FCCA qualified and will have experience as a financial controller.
Key tasks and Deliverables
* Processing purchase invoices and payments;
. Processing travel and subsistence claim forms;
. Processing GPC transactions;
. Bank statement reconciliation;
. Month end Processes;
. Checking management Accounts;
. Monthly EPM returns;
. 2014 Tax Returns;
. Closure/Transfer of CfEL;
. Monthly Payroll and Pension Admin;
. Pay Remit;
. Pension Return Check;
. Pension Data Integrity Exercise;
. Budgeting/Forecasting;
. GIA claims;
. Submission of FCA Gabriel reports;
. FM Compliance Report Financials;
. Maintenance of HR records.
The suitable candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- FCCA qualification
- Demonstrable experience as a financial controller achieving cost savings
- Experience with monthly as statutory accounts.
The role is being offered on an initial 6 month contract paying up to £480/day.
