For our client a major in utilities we are looking for a CRM Competence center leader.

Competences
You have at least 5 years experience in business analysis and software development
You have excellent relationships with your partners (stakeholders) and motivate your colleagues/employees to achieve results;
highly motivated team player
Knowledge of standards, technologies and protocols characteristics to CRM (SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle, Microsoft)
Very good conceptual knowledge, functional architectural solutions of different CRM
Experience and collaboration with development teams near-/offshore
Organizer and result oriented team player
Business & IT alignment is second nature
Combines IT Domain Knowledge and People management skills
Very good conceptual & functional knowledge, based on architectural platforms and web applications, technical knowledge based on this service is required
