Communications Officer - Stevenage - £20ph
Reports to: Group Head of Internal Communications
Role Purpose:
To support the planning, creation, delivery and feedback of internal communication material.
Accountabilities:
1. The generation of material for communications media eg Intranet news pages, Vector magazine and internal TV programmes.
2. Timely delivery of internal material via communication tools/techniques.
3. Develop and maintain feedback mechanisms for communication activities.
4. Create and deliver Communication Plans for internal change projects.
Performance Indicators:
1. Managing conflicting organisational priorities.
2. Delivery to time, every time, for internal employee communications..
3. Developing professional relationships within an integrated team.
4. Developing professional relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation and external interfaces (eg suppliers).
5. Accuracy in repetitive tasks eg proof reading.
