Description
Server Engineer/Operations Analyst/3rd Line Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer - 12 months FTC = £50k pro rata - likely to keep rolling on.
The team covers 3rd line support and projects for the global infrastructure environment 800+ users internationally.
Strong technical skills - operational as well as project design & implementation skills are required as the role is very much hands-on.
Requirements:
- Broad range of Wintel technical skills
- Windows 2008 Server
- MUST have Powershell experience
- Active Directory
- SQL server (general instal/administration
- Citrix
- VMWare
- Storage - NettApp
- Exchange 2010/messaging
- core networking services (eg DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, LDAP, Kerberos)
- Strong communication skills - able to present to the business and represent the UK, Middle East & Africa region at global level.
