Investment Banking BPO Consultant

An investment bank is seeking a change expert to expand their procurement strategies. The BPO Consultant will be responsible for assisting in the design and execution of the BPO change projects within the investment bank. The right candidate will have experience in the complete life cycle of Strategic Sourcing, and have knowledge of investment banking.

The primary responsibilities of the IB BPO Consultant would be the development and implementation of strategic BPO initiatives, Insourcing planning and execution, contract negotiations, and have experience working in a global environment and across matrixed organisational structures. In addition to this the individual will have to work across a range of stakeholder levels and take a central role in ensuring the programmes are being managed efficiently, running Steering Committees and providing Programme Management support.

Key Experience:

- years combined consultancy and FS industry experience
- Excellent Knowledge of Business Process Sourcing in a Investment Bank environment
- Consultative approach to transformation
- Programme Management experience necessary
- Global perspective
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategy skills and execution ability
- Experience with design, development and implementation of operating models
- Ideally no more than 90/10 split between Business Process/IT
- Up-to-date knowledge on tax, financials, and regulations regarding outsourcing
