Storage Administrator
Our client is one of the largest data storage providers in the world. They require experienced Senior Technical Consultants, for their site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting the ongoing requirements of the Storage, Network & Operating systems, in line with customer SLAs. The Senior Technical Consultant will also act as a point of contact for technical change and incident management, as well as the day to day support of customer service requirements.
The successful candidate must have:
- A strong background in providing customer support in a data storage environment
- Come from a technology vendor, software or systems integration company, or an IT consultancy
- HDS VSP, USPV, USP, AMS1000, AMS1000, AMS500 and HUS
- Brocade or Cisco fabric management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
