Description
A Public Sector Organisation are looking for a Project Manager - Organisational Change for an initial contract.
Reporting into the Head of Division, you will be delivering the review, redesign and implementation of a Change Programme.
Key duties will include:
* Managing and delivering Organisational Development Programmes
* Deliver Service Reviews
* Stakeholder management
* Achieve budget and savings targets
* Provide Strategic advice
To be successful for this position you must be able to demonstrate a mixture of Change Management and Organisational Change expertise. You must be able to stakeholder manage successfully and be able to assess complex project issues and develop solutions quickly.
