Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator/Personal Assistant
A great opportunity to work for a global IT outsourcing organisation who are urgently seeking a HR Coordinator. This is an initial 3 month contract, to be based in London. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting a team of 6 members, primarily reporting to the Senior Director.
Responsibilities:
- Management of team's group mailbox and calendar
- Monitoring everyday activities of each team member and support their logistics
- Supporting internal recruitment
- Leaver and New joiner processing
- Organise team meetings
- Organise team events and activities for team building and networking as needed
- Provide admin and occasional personal support to the team
- Manage Purchase Orders to settle payments with suppliers & follow-up with relevant contacts in Finance/Cash Office to resolve queries relating to budget
Skills:
- Extensive experience of working within a secretarial environment
- Experience of communicating and working with senior management
- Experience of having worked for a tier one company
- An understanding of Japanese business culture
