Medical Staffing Manager - LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Staffing Manager to work for an Acute Trust in London.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Medical Workforce department reporting directly to the Head of Medical Workforce. You will be expected to take a lead role in the operation of the systems, recruitment process and work force planning
Key Requirements:
- Must have worked within a Medical Environment preferably with an Acute Trust
- Knowledge of European Work Time Directive (EWTD) obligations
- Hands- on experience with internal systems e.g. ESR, eWIN, Zircadian
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operation of medical staffing - ensuring team meets recruitment standards and adhere to NHS codes of Recruitment
- Provide support in relation to rota/staffing patterns to ensure effective staffing levels and ensure staff have knowledge of EWTD
- Co-ordination of surgical rosters
- Liaising with all senior levels on a regular basis to ensure all relevant strategic direction is in place
The role is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £230+ DOE
