Description
A Service Manager is required for an NHS Acute Hospital to manage patient access targets and surgical specialities. Due to the size of the Trust and the scope of the role, this position is ideal for somebody looking to climb up the management ladder.The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring all waiting lists are validated and that the right processes and procedures are in place for the 18 week RTT target is achieved. The Service Manager will be responsible for the day to day operational management of specific services within the surgical division which include Plastics, Oral and Maxilofacial and ENT.
The person that would be suitable for this Service Manager role will have strong NHS Acute Hospital operational experience ideally gained within the surgery position and have experience managing 18 week RTT.
