Description
Centre of Excellence Transformation Manager - ASAPHuxley are currently recruiting for a Centre of Excellence Transformation Manager to join a major banking and financial services company, initially on a 6 month contract to act as the project lead for he Centre of Excellence Transformation. Therefore being a core component of the re-engineering programme.
The individual will be required to lead the following key project activities;
* The implementation of a CoE Transformation recommendation to migrate a significant number and volume of services to our offshore CoEs
* Oversee the recruitment of additional CoE resources in India, Brazil, Mexico, Poland and China
* The establishment of a governance framework for the management of a multi geography CoE operation to ensure continuous improvement and a feedback loop
* The development and embedding of a knowledge transfer programme and talent management/retention programme
* Engagement with local Procurement operations globally to migrate work appropriately to the CoEs
* Development of an approach plan for how further Tactical services can be migrated to the CoEs
It is essential the the candidate has the following:
* The candidate will have experience in project management, specifically with working with establishment/development of offshore Procurement operations within the financial services.
* "Source-to-Pay" Procurement experience and a deep Procurement process understanding
* Detailed understanding of different Sourcing processes and approaches (eAuction and eRFx)
* Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and work collaboratively.
