For a client in the financial area in Zurich we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Customer Relationship Management / Advisory.Key Accountabilities
· Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of CRM, especially the regulatory driven advisory process for Asia
· Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
· Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
· Stakeholder management including business & technical end user consulting
· Service management: Post Go Live 3rd level support
· Change management: Support specific projects within set terms of reference and defined processes providing conclusions and recommendations as required
Required skills
· Experience in business analysis, consulting
· Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment with at least 5 years in application design and engineering and 3 years in project/program management
· Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How)
· Experience in the relationship management in the Asia market as well as in the Client's Advice process
· Fluent English written and spoke, German is a nice to have
· Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
· Avaloq certification
· PL/SQL skills
· Project management
· Oracle database know-how (preferred)
