MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATOR:

Contract - 6 months initially

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATOR - an administrator needed to assist the manufacturing department of our client; a global pharmaceutical company.

Essential skills and experience:-

  • High level of knowledge and experience with Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patient approach
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task effectively

Desirable:

  • Experience with GEODE software

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Using GEODE software and keeping it up to date with all standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining KPI for Manufacturing
  • Using SAP to log holiday requests
  • Typing up of Risk Assessments
  • Admin of new starters and leavers
  • PA to Head of Manufacturing eg organising meetings internally, externally, overseeing calendar, typing up of minutes and completes ad hoc duties where necessary
  • Stationary ordering
