MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATOR:
Contract - 6 months initially
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATOR - an administrator needed to assist the manufacturing department of our client; a global pharmaceutical company.
Essential skills and experience:-
- High level of knowledge and experience with Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient approach
- Proactive approach
- Ability to multi-task effectively
Desirable:
- Experience with GEODE software
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Using GEODE software and keeping it up to date with all standard operating procedures
- Maintaining KPI for Manufacturing
- Using SAP to log holiday requests
- Typing up of Risk Assessments
- Admin of new starters and leavers
- PA to Head of Manufacturing eg organising meetings internally, externally, overseeing calendar, typing up of minutes and completes ad hoc duties where necessary
- Stationary ordering
