Your tasks:
- A Risk Analyst who supports daily operational risk reporting to market risk and front office teams
- Dealing with commodity positions, p&l, risk metrics and compliance indicators
- Carrying out project specific tasks on risk reporting projects
- Ensuring delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and relevant reports to internal and external customers
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the quality of the published information
- Ensure collaboration with Market Risk & Front office departments
Your qualifications
- University degree in the areas of Business Administration / Economics, Business Engineering or Computer Science (or comparable)
- Working experience in energy trading or risk management
- Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to keep an eye on the essentials
- Strong team player with demonstrated experience of working in an international team
- Excellent communication skills, in particular in the area of reporting and decision support
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills, proficient knowledge in Excel and Access
- Advanced Excel, Access and VBA knowledge would be an advantage
- Good SQL Skills (e.g. TSQL for MS SQL server) a plus
