Description
Responsibilities:- Point of contact between internal users and other technology teams in regards to technical and operational issues
- Monitoring and alerting of internal health care systems
- Proactive identification and resolution of problem hotspots
- Troubleshooting of complex systems issues
- Recommending and researching system enhancements
- Testing release enhancements
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application development personnel, and infrastructure contacts
- Documentation of enhancements and error resolution to ensure consistent communication across departments
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's in Business, Management, or Information Systems
- High level knowledge and experience working in the benefits industry (health care)
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting health administration systems
- Experience working with health care vendors and benefits systems
- Experience with Sungard, Business Solver, and Ceridian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
