Responsibilities:
  • Point of contact between internal users and other technology teams in regards to technical and operational issues
  • Monitoring and alerting of internal health care systems
  • Proactive identification and resolution of problem hotspots
  • Troubleshooting of complex systems issues
  • Recommending and researching system enhancements
  • Testing release enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application development personnel, and infrastructure contacts
  • Documentation of enhancements and error resolution to ensure consistent communication across departments


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Management, or Information Systems
  • High level knowledge and experience working in the benefits industry (health care)
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting health administration systems
  • Experience working with health care vendors and benefits systems
  • Experience with Sungard, Business Solver, and Ceridian
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
