This is an initial twelve month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role after the twelve month contract period. The rate for this position is between $40 and $60 per hour dependent on experience.

Job Description
  • Will be responsible for taking circuit boards from design to manufacturing
  • Coordinate multiple program objectives under aggressive time schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to complete documents while complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). FYI - training will be provided on company specific procedures.
  • Ability to direct third party vendors to complete projects in a specified timeframe
  • Drive issues impacting multiple organizations to agreed resolution
  • Strong Presentation skills with ability to discuss with senior leaders


Skills:
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in taking a product from the design stages through to manufacturing and all of the work that is involved with it
  • This candidate is someone who thrives in the stage between verification and validation
  • Experience with Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA / FMECA) for electrical circuits and systems a significant plus (if no experience in FMEA, the ideal candidate will have exemplary documentation experience)
  • Must have exceptional knowledge of and experience with circuit design, development and analysis
  • Engineering degree or equivalent background with minimal 7 years experience.
  • This role requires a team player, someone who works well with a group and can seek guidance from their peers
  • Electrical Engineering with Technical Documentation background; ability to readschematics a must.
  • Strong familiarity with component and board specifications is necessary.

  • Experience working with formal requirements and Quality systems for products and engineering projects.
