My client, a leading tier 1 bank, is looking for a SAS BI/MI Programmer to join the team in their Bristol office. The position is a 6 month rolling contract with a long term view, paying up to £450 per day.Role: SAS BI/MI Programmer

Essential Skills;
- SAS 9 programming experience
- SAS Business Intelligence
- Business Objects
- Enterprise Guide
- VBA
Knowledge of MI (Management Information) technical, infrastructure and warehouse concepts are advantageous.
PREVIOUS BANKING OR FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
The role;
The Insurance finance team are involved in 3 separate work-stream on Simplification - move to use BO for reporting from SAS model harmonisation.
The SAS role-holder is required to service all 3, initially working on the Model harmonisation deliverables which require changes, additions to various SAS programs used by the division.
