* Financial closing of all projects
* Managing and resolving discrepancies between Good receipts and invoices
* Ensure alignment between vendors and Invoicing team
* Coordinates activities and collect data / information from internal PMs, consolidate them into slides for Domain lead
* Participates in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project activities through all phases of the projects directly
* Perform project tasks that need local presence for all PM's located remotely
* Assists the Domain Lead in coordinating project activities
* Update project schedule activities, durations, and start and finish dates
* Update resource assignments, estimated man hours, and actual man hours.
* Compile information to produce reports with analysis of and recommendations for project progress.
* Research and report on delayed activities and propose remedial actions to accelerate progress.
* Collaborate with Domain Lead and Financial Analyst to develop project cash flow reports. Assists in development of spending and resource time lines for new projects and programs.
