Snr PMO Analyst/Project Manager - Mix of Governance & Project Delivery (S20) $650 - $750 per day neg based on experience
Our client is a well know Financial Services organisation is currently seeking an experienced PMO Analyst/Project Manager to join their progressive team.
Reporting into the Program Director this role has a split of 50% Project Governance and 50% hands on Project Management.
This role would suit a Snr PMO resource who was looking for a dual role with Project Management responsibilities as well.
Governance: The purpose is to ensure that appropriate governance and reporting structures are in place across the Program and that these structures are appropriate, transparent and Embedded. The role is responsible for program reporting of status and financials, and is a key contact point for Finance, Risk and EPMO.
Project Management:
- End to end management of small to medium size Telco/Contact Centre related project
- Monitor and report to the Senior Project Manager on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables

- End to end coordinated management of all project streams and stage gates in accordance with the requirements
Experience
- Mandatory - 5 years+ experience working within a PMO and be able to contract and manage project Governance within a PMO
- Mandatory - 2- 3 Years Project Management experience with a proven track record of supporting other Project Managers within a Program
- Preferable - knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly within Telecommunications, IVR, Contract Centre or Video Conferencing
