Corporate Actions Analyst required for a leading city based Asset Management firm.
Knowledge/Skills
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
* Good organisation skills
* Knowledge of stock and cash reconciliations
* PC. Literate
* Knowledge of MT564 SWIFT messaging
* Ability to effectively handle deadlines
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Self motivated and pro-active
* Ability to work overtime and on Bank Holidays as required
* Good time management
* Minimum 2 years Corporate Actions experience covering event creation
