Scope of the Project:
- Support the enterprise in preparing for ICD-10 compliance. Work with all regions and national IT and business teams.
Job Description:
- Provides technical and administrative support to project and program manager(s)
- Provides executive administrative and program coordination support to the ICD-10 PMO Director
- Formats documentation, including creation of templates, presentations and reports
- Creates and manages project and program documentation inclusive of Adobe files, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project and Visio as necessary
- Uses variety of software tools sufficiently to support all aspects of the project
- Responsible for final assembly and quality of printed materials
- Assists with logistics for arranging department, cross department, cross regional and off-site meetings
- Assists in maintenance of libraries, databases and graphic management logs
- Performs as SharePoint administrator for ICD-10 program
- Assists with development of general graphic designs to enhance technical documents
- Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines
Number of Team Members:
- 12 - 15 direct PMO team members; multiple contacts to work with in regions key regional contacts)
Travel:
- Not regularly required, but there may be minimal requirements to travel from Oakland to Pleasanton facility
- Option to work remote one day a week
Requirements (Must Have):
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- BA or BS preferred
- Minimum 4 - 6+ years of direct relevant experience
- Strong English verbal and written communicator
- Ability to focus on details and complete deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
- Able to manage and plan schedules
- Ability to coordinate/support moderate project activities and follow up on actions and issues
- Outgoing, self-starter, good listener, excellent communication skills, collaborator
Interview Process:
- Screen from phone; select finalist for in-person interview. Will want to see written examples of deliverables.
