Real Staffing is looking for a Senior Director of Quality Operations to join a global Pharmaceutical Company in Colorado.Role: As a Senior Director of Quality Operations you will be responsible for the oversight of all operations for various product lines. You will focus in Aseptic operations for cream, gel, powder, and solutions based products. You will oversee all auditing of internal bodies and external bodies, as well as play a technical role in making sure that the clinical labs are being run efficiently.
Growth: The person who steps into this role has an opportunity to take over the microbiology and chemistry labs, as well as the Vice President's position down the road.
Requirements:
Minimum BS in Science related field to make technical decisions on analytical lab processes
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry setting
Expert Knowledge in Aseptic Operations
Senior level management experience, the ability to make high level decisions for the Quality Operations division
Salary:
175k - 230k + Relocation + Benefits
