Description
A CLAS consultant is required for an exciting and challenging contract role with a market leading company in the North West . You will be taken on to support a network upgrade and to assist the client with obtaining their security accreditation. You will take ownership of this and other various activities as part of the formal process of risk assessment and accreditation of most internal IT systems.This is an initial 3 month contract that is very likely to extend.

The following will be expected from applicants;
*Qualified and proven Security Consultant / Architect / Auditor
*Proven ability in Information Systems and Telecommunications Management and Planning
* Good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT security audit / log review).
* Experience with technical vulnerability management, (penetration testing), application security, security technologies
* Assess, evaluate, create and document policies, procedures and risk methodology for PSN systems/services delivery.
* Ideally have exposure to infrastructure design for PSN
