We are looking for an experienced Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager to work with a service provider and customer; to do some analysis of an existing contract and to bring this together into a quantifiable service catalogue, as well as to put together and SLA agreement

This is for an initial 3 month contract, with potential for extensions.

The successful candidate will need
*Demonstrable experience reviewing and setting up ICT service catalogues
*Outstanding stakeholder management and liaison experience
*Creation and implementation of SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
*Experience creating processes, procedures and Policies
*Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
*Contracts knowledge/experience
*Commercially aware

A Service Manager with a Technical/ICT background would be ideal to be able to credibly liaise with IT and to establish realistic SLA's and an appropriate service catalogue
