This role sits with the HR Reward, Recognition and Mobility Focus Area who are responsible for developing and maintaining a Total Reward strategy to attract, motivate and retain talent.

This role will manage to appropriate resolution all complex Reward & Recognition cases escalated by the HR Service Delivery team; Lead the management of the companies annual salary review process; and Support other members of the Reward, Recognition & Mobility Focus Area in the development of new policies and processes.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

Act as the primary escalation point for HR Service Delivery on complex cases related to reward and recognition policies and processes.

For example, this will include
oBeing responsible for efficiently and effectively resolving cases related to the job evaluation of senior roles across the company
oReviewing all salary requests which fall outside of policy, using experience and judgement to determine if a policy exception should be applied
oLiaising with business stakeholders, Country HR and Strategic HR Business Partners to explain and justify the outcome of decision made.
Lead the management of the annual salary review process across the 26 countries in which the company operates
Oversee and coordinate the annual executive stock option grant process
Act as a coach to help support the professional development of the Reward and Recognition Service Delivery team based in Istanbul.
Closely collaborate with and influence the different HR focus areas and Service Delivery teams in order to establish one end to end harmonised, innovative Total Reward and Mobility process in the company, enabling the effective implementation of its business strategy
Work as part of European Reward & Mobility team to influence and design effective reward and mobility initiatives.
Work with the HR Service Delivery team to ensure effective implementation of the pre-defined reward strategy, initiatives, policies and processes.
Maintain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the trends and best practices pertaining to reward on a European level.
Contribute to the design of reward and recognition-related programmes and policies to support new business structure (eg job levelling project, job framework, sales comp structure, vendor consolidation, total benefits review, policy development, training & workshops)
To support the HR Service Delivery team in resolving any issues which may hinder the implementation of the strategy.

The successful candidate will be based in Weybridge but may also be required to visit national and European offices as part of the role.
