A new role has just come in this morning with a well-respected investment bank. They have an opportunity available for an experienced C++ software engineer. The project involves enhancing the central transaction reporting system's capabilities to meet new key business requirements as they arise.
It's important that all applicants come from a strong background of complex C++ projects in high volume environments.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and have a very strong worth ethic. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and other teams' to prioritise, schedule and execute the C++ work.
The role also involves providing third level support for Capital Market's central transaction reporting systems.
The successful applicants is likely to have a solid understanding of financial markets and experience of working with similar highly regarding consultancies, investment banks or trading houses.
Requirements of the role:
- Solid C++ experience Linux
- Strong Database and Unix Scripting experience
- Strong OO experience
- Experience with Java or Python
- Strong Financial Markets Knowledge
- Proven problem solving experience
- Full working rights for Australia
