IT Services Engineer - Financial SoftwareIT Services Engineer is required to join a small financial software company who provide advance software solutions to blue-chip financial companies. They are looking for someone who has come from another small company who is looking for their next challenge and possibly a step up into being the sole person in this role within Europe, supporting 40 users (as part of a global team supporting 120 users).
The company offers a structured career progression plan giving their staff the opportunity to progress through the company, with opportunities to work in different parts of the world.
The ideal person will be eager and ambitious, a self starter and enjoys learning new technologies. You must be confident to integrate with colleagues in other teams and to be a key part of a global operations team.
Key requirements of IT Services Engineer:
- Strong desktop experience
o Desktop - XP, Windows 7
- Strong server experience
o Server - 2008/R2, Exchange, AD
- Mid-level Networking experience
o TCP/IP
o LAN/WAN/VLAN/NAT
o Administering Cisco switches & routers
- Mild firewall experience
o Editing policies & rules
2 - 4 Years experience maximum
Package: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits package
