Job title: Network Planning and Engineering Managed Services Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities
1. Take charge of network Planning & Engineering outsourcing solution template and toolkit.
2. To design and develop Planning& Engineering outsourcing solution by analysing and understanding the outsourcing requirement of telecom operators during leading and bidding.
3. Understand telecom customer operation's needs and pain points, and lead customers from multiple dimensions including CAPEX/Opex data, organization and Process, network quality, IT tools, competitive landscape and trends in network Planning & Engineering outsourcing, etc.
4. Take charge of generalizing the network P&E outsourcing solution to biding and delivery team, support projects bidding and delivery.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
2. Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
3. At least 8 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry, familiar with telecom network P&E and its outsourcing evolution history and trend, strong customer-oriented and business minded, understanding operator's challenges, long term business and market requirements.
4. At least 4 years large project/dept management experience with good track records. Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferred. Working experience in carrier's network build, network plan or design department will add points.
5. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: network design, network planning, roll-out management, Field maintenance, network capacity management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, outsourcing, resource transfer management (people and asset).
6. Positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
7. Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills.
8. Good presentation and documentation skills.
9. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
