My client is looking for a CRM consultant to do some cross-training on a recently Oracle-acquired product called "Rightnow" CX - Customer Experience.

Would suit a Business graduate with 2-3 years' experience and good business sense. Experience with Siebel CRM would be a massive bonus.

The client is offering the opportunity to join as a contractor with a view to a permanent role.
