Finance and Resource Management
- Create the overall Finance/Resource Mgmt. processes and implement the same
- Review and validate both the project and programme forecasts and actuals
- Ensure PO's are raised, tracked and accrued in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist project managers with forecast preparation and general finance queries
- Prepare reports and analysis at programme/project level
- Ensure financial processes are fit for purpose and followed by PM's
- Train and coach, facilitate the resolution of issues between programme/project/finance, etc.
