Interim Risk Director
We are currently looking for an Interim Risk Director to work for a Life insurance company in the London area. We are looking for a risk professional with experience of facing leadership teams, Line management, 1st line Risk management and extensive governance experience.
Interim Risk Director Responsibilities:
- Leading Governance and Controls
- Facing risk Leadership teams
- Dealing with Risk Committees and organising Agendas
- Line Management of 1st line of Defence Risk Managers
- Lead Compliance Advice teams (small percentage of role)
- Marketing and financial promotions experience is a desirable
Interim Risk Director experience/Skill set
- Industry qualification is desirable.
- Extensive experience of working within the Life insurance industry. (Extremely desirable)
- Ability to work as hands on (ie preparing risk reports, preparing agenda etc)
- Excellent risk management experience (Preferably 1st line defence)
