Description
The contract is with a large financial organisation in Luxembourg and they are seeking an IT Security Engineer (Linux/Windows) as follows:-
Responsibilities:
. Maintain Linux/Unix environments in accordance with the relevant security policies, standards and procedures
. Identify areas of improvement and propose enhancements to existing environments
. Assist in the implementation and the deployment of the new solutions and processes
. Maintain a high level of procedural documentation in line with the international standards of Quality Management.
Requirements:
. Ability to work in customer-facing role, attention of detail and service-orientated attitude
. Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of French or German advantageous
. Knowledge and understanding of the Linux audit concepts and Scripting languages (eg. Ksh, Bash, Perl) is a mandatory requirement.
. Experience in Access right management and monitoring a plus
. Knowledge and understanding of Windows security concepts a plus
