General DescriptionThe UX Researcher's main responsibility is to evaluate and improve user experience of our clients products. Within the MEET team in Europe this will mean evaluating and supporting issues raised by FTE and UT experts on a daily basis. The role will also entail direct heuristic evaluation of products by the researcher as well as developing and conducting research to gather evidence where it is needed to support UX recommendations. This will include preparing, moderating and analysing results from Focus Group Interviews, behavioural User Testing sessions, and diary studies with internal and external participants.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
1. Relevant work experience
2. Research of usage pattern and trend regarding mobile device
3. Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Human Factor Engineering or related field.
4. Experience of Heuristic Evaluation
5. Experience of moderating User Testing/Focus Group sessions
6. Experience of recruiting for UX Research
7. Ability to communicate UX Research findings clearly and concisely
