Essential experience- Proven ability to assess eligibility for continuing healthcare
- Review and manage cases
- Previous experience of managing a clinical team
- Chair continuing healthcare eligibility panels
- Registered nurse
- Significant experience of working within CHC teams and heading up CHC teams
- Up to date knowledge of various acts and statutory guidance such as the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, Valuing People, Safeguarding etc.
- Great communication skills
- Working with the independent sector and social care providers
