Support HR Communications and Talent Acquisition teams in the regional roll out and implementation of the new employer brand and value proposition to key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Manager, HR Communications, and Manager, Employer Branding & Sourcing, to ensure a successful regional roll out and sustainable implementation of a new global employer value proposition and employer brand through effective touch point management and all aspects of related internal and external communication
  • Help gather, create and edit content for a new external Careers website and once launched, help ensure that content on the site is up-to-date, relevant and compelling.
  • Assist with the identification, training of, and communication with, regional Employer Brand Ambassadors
  • Engage with candidates and all stakeholders through social media accounts
  • Assist with the management of specific social media and targeted branding campaigns (eg Glassdoor, AdWords, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received via public websites that are recruiting, hiring related (email)
  • Assist with the creation of regional recruitment marketing material and manage printing and distribution
  • Provide tactical support for global creative projects, as necessary
  • Track, manage and optimize regional employer brand touch points
  • Share and adopt best practices from global counterparts by connecting regularly

  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate or employee communications, media or all
  • BA or BS degree in journalism, communications, English or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional writing ability, analytic and persuasive skills, ability to multi-task effectively
