Strong Business Change Manager required for a 6 month contract on a major Mortgages programme with our blue chip client in Gloucester.
To qualify for this position candidates should have demonstrable experience of the following:
*Delivering change initiatives within the Banking/Financial Service sector (ideally within mortgages functions)
*Excellent grasp of change management and stakeholder engagement.
*Experience of managing training delivery, colleague onboarding and programme communications.
