My client is a leading Asset Manager and has an urgent requirement for bright Client Reporting Analyst.
You will be working in a strong team whose purpose is to compile and quality check accounting, performance and Investment reports for clients.
Your role will be to actively manage client allocation delivering a five star service and ensuring each of the clients reports are delivered on a timely basis.
KEY TO THIS IS PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH HIGH VOLUMES OF CLIENT REPORTS.
Duties will include:
- Being responsible for managing an allocation of large institutional client reports and the client service relationship for those reports.
- Answering client service queries such as audit requests, performance figure queries, distribution list changes and various other adhoc queries.
- Building good relationships with clients and providing a high level of service to them both via email and telephone contact.
- Ensuring the data in reports is accurate and consistent and the reports delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Dealing with Transaction queries
- Back Office experience
- Experience of compiling month end statements (client reports)
This role will suit someone with 3-5 years experience in a Client Reporting role
