SAP BC Consultant - Dutch Or French Speaking
You will be enabled in the Competence Center Operations Execution supporting the run daily activities. Because of your expert knowledge, analytical skills and experience, you know the operational incidents and to get hold of, to follow up and to find solutions to problems, you have a constant focus on the prevention of the incidents/problems. You work with various support teams. You provide support to the Incident and Problem Managers.
Technical skills:
Functional and technical understanding of SAP environment and infrastructure in order to perform problem analysis and reach structural solutions
Managing solutions throughout the life cycle
Introduction, optimization and phase-out
Functional and technical setup of solutions (SAP BC and infrastructure)
Plan and monitor maintenances, releases and changes
Transfer and monitoring of knowledge within the team
Supervising projects are transferred from development to operations
Advising on performance problems through knowledge of SAP BC and the infrastructure landscape
Support of SAP BC operators, providing solutions
Knowledge of monitoring and tuning of Servers, databases and interfaces
Knowledge of SAP transports, patches, Oss notes.
General knowledge infrastructure
Technical skills:
SAP BC knowledge
General knowledge infrastructure
Knowledge of monitoring and Jobscheduling
Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
Profile:
Minimum 5 years experience in SAP operations environment
Concrete experience with Incident & Problem Management
Personal skills:
Coordinator Tunisian skills (content to other colleagues to)
You can work autonomously and deliver the required quality on time.

Languages: English and preferably Dutch or French
