My client a well known managed service company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on an Application Development Project for one of their financial clients.
The suitable candidate must have the following:
- At least 10 years' experience working as a Business Analyst in an environment with complex business processes and systems.
- Experience running workshops to uncover the existing business processes, documenting "As Is-To be", gap analysis and the future needs.
- Be able to step in for Project Manager in his absence.
- Agile methodology experience will be valued.
- Ability to work across multiple projects at any given time..
- The ability to understand how to take these requirements and then align them to project tasks and process as well as work with the business to change its processes to align with the various application systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - both IT and non IT level
