Senior Exhibition Project Manager: Corporate Affairs: World Leading Oil Co.

World Leading Global Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Exhibition Project Manager to join their dynamic Corporate Affairs department.

This is a great chance to join one of the largest Global Oil companies on an initial 12 month contract.

Accountabilities:

  • Controlling costs/budgets and producing, accurate cost estimates for potential customers;
  • Ensuring successful delivery of projects from all aspects of the customer perspective (quality, time, cost) whilst ensuring customers are kept up to date regarding progress;
  • Procuring work from third parties in an effective manner;
  • Advising customers on house style and brand issues as appropriate;
  • Nurturing and developing customer relationships;
  • The ability to spot opportunities for added value project management and the professionalism to recommend to customers, where appropriate, that third party project management is more relevant to the customer needs;
  • The ability to ensure that all preferred suppliers understand and adhere to rigorous brand/visual identity standards;
  • Venue searching, which required inspection trips to various locations such as US, Europe and Middle East to support the team

About You:

  • 5-7 years' Senior account management with leadership experience in a customer-facing position in a creative environment
  • 3-5 years' exposure in Events Industry, including exhibitions and project management
  • Good working knowledge of online project management systems, MSOffice packages and experienced in working with budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Internal customer experience ideally from a blue chip company
  • Experience of working in an environment with strict brand guidelines 
  • Fluency in local language and English (written and spoken)
