We are recruiting a large number of Graduates (Must have completed a degree or equivalent although you can be graduating in 2014) to work as Case Handlers for a FTSE 100 company within the Financial Services/Banking sector.This role is based in the city centre (LS98 3HX) and is on Contract until the , with a strong chance of extension. There will also be opportunity for progression into more senior roles offering greater salaries and other internal opportunities.
We have start dates across July & August.
Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. There 2 shifts available, 07.00 to 15.00 paying £18,000 and 15.00 to 23.00 which pays £20,700.

The role will involve investigating, assessing, reaching conclusions, performing accurate calculations and providing a high standard of customer service on individual cases in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.
You will manage your own case load of claims and will be responsible for liaising with Customers, 3rd Parties such as solicitors and other internal departments. There will also be large admin element.
You will be given comprehensive training over 2 weeks to enable you to understand the products, use the relevant systems and undertake the role in the style required by the company.
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be speaking with customers on the phone and responding in writing.
